  Prior to this, Ravinder was Director Operations at Schneider Electric in the Middle East and MD of wind energy major, GE. In the nineties, as the General Manager at Jyoti Ltd. India, he pioneered the concept of ‘out of box’ profitable verticals to make up in times of shrinking order books and margins. He repeated the same at Voltamp Oman as the general manager responsible to the board. In his formative years in the profession, Ravinder pioneered and headed the first technical Training Centre at Larsen & Toubro Limited, India. Ravinder says he doesn’t teach from book but from actual experiences and initiatives that resulted in visible turnarounds in both small and medium sector businesses across nations and his best testimonial is the number of managers whom he groomed to become entrepreneurs on their own or take up entrepreneurial roles in organizations.
