His influential research and advocacy have shaped policies like the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022, bolstering U.S. competitiveness. Ezell’s expertise spans semiconductors, biotechnology, AI, robotics, digital & smart manufacturing and technology clusters. He drives impactful discussions on trade policies, including the IT Agreement (ITA-3), addressing critical supply chain challenges. With experience in India’s emerging tech sector through the U.S.-India Initiative on Critical and Emerging Technology (iCET) & the Global Trade and Innovation Policy Alliance summit, Ezell is well-positioned to advance the U.S.-India TRUST initiative.
