About the Program

"SAATH :Together for a Better Tomorrow"
Jammu & Kashmir Rural Livelihood Mission (JKRLM) initiated this initiative for Strengthening JKRLM Intermediary Network & Targeting 500 Rural Women residents of J&K, above 18 years of age, member of SHGs, exhibiting demonstratable interest in Scaling up the Livelihood Source into an Enterprise, each with potential of providing employment to more than 50 rural women / persons.

Objectives of the Program

Enable Self Employed Women from SHG’s across J&K to Start and Scale their own Scalable enterprises for value creation & enabling Labour Intensive Employment Opportunities in Rural Areas.
Enable Intermediaries to play a pivotal role in offering networkbased enterprise support to rural Enterprises under the JKRLM
Enable Networks, Digital & Physical Platforms & Other Interventions for Access to Markets – Local, National & International for showcasing products of SHG Women with Direct toConsumer (D2C) & Direct to Buyer (D2B) access.
Enable Cluster based Producer Co-operatives and FPOs in both divisions with Common Facility Centers supporting rural enterprises in production planning, packaging, branding and go to market channel.

Eligibility Criteria

Any women SHG Members from J&K, between 18 – 50 years of age.
Engaged in Self employment activities / Rural enterprises.
Women Interested in scaling up the existing livelihood activity into enterprise.
