"Made Best in India" is India SME Forum's pavilion brand under which Indian MSMEs participate in major international trade fairs and exhibitions abroad, with financial support from the International Cooperation (IC) Scheme of the Ministry of MSME. Selected units get participation support, a shared pavilion space for products display and business promotion, catalogue listing, and reimbursement for costs like airfare, stall charges, and freight, while India SME Forum coordinates the entire delegation, giving MSMEs an affordable, government-backed route to global market exposure.

Tokyo International Gift Show is Japan's leading biannual B2B trade exhibition for gifts, lifestyle products, home décor, fashion accessories, and design-led consumer goods, held at Tokyo Big Sight.

Delegation

An official Indian delegation is being organised by India SME Forum with the support of the International Cooperation (IC) Scheme of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, under the "Made Best in India" pavilion.
Selected units get participation support, a shared pavilion space for products display and business promotion, catalogue listing, and reimbursement for costs like airfare, stall charges, and freight, while India SME Forum coordinates the entire delegation.

Eligibility
Criteria

  • Being a Registered MSME in India
  • Having Valid Udyam Registration Certificate
  • Being a Manufacturer or Service Provider (Traders are not eligible)
  • Must Score minimum 60% in Selection Process
  • Having Relevant Products as per the Focus Sectors of the Exhibition
  • Holding a minimum 6-Month Valid Passport

How to Apply

Interested MSMEs who meet the eligibility criteria of the IC Scheme can apply to be part of the Indian delegation organized by India SME Forum and avail financial assistance provided under the scheme. Application Deadline is 30th July 2026.

Participation is on a First Come First Serve basis, and subject to scoring certain marks during the Selection Process. Selection is the sole discretion of the designated selection committee and their decision will be final and binding to all. Limited seats are available.

Required Documents:

  • Udyam Registration Certificate

  • A Six-month Valid Passport

  • Personal Identification (ID)

  • Copy of Valid Visa (if any)

  • GST Certificate

  • Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership Deed

  • ITR for past 3 years

  • Company Pan Card

  • Company Profile & any other applicable documents

Application / Registration Fee of ₹20,000 (ISF members) and ₹35,000 (non-members), payable along with the Application. This fee covers registration & admin support, visa assistance (excluding fees), catalogue listing, documentation & postage, and support for logistics, accommodation, stall setup, and B2B meetings. This fee is refundable ONLY IF the application is rejected to be part of the Delegation by the Selection Committee.
