  She spent eight years in HR at Essar Group and worked with the Youth Congress in Mumbai. Having garnered ample experience handling manpower, Dipali Sikand then decided she was better off managing her own business in HR. That's how Les Conceirges Services was formed."I started it in 1998, with just Rs.5,000," says Dipali. "And I was confident it would work." She explains that Les Concierges, which now has a turnover of Rs. 25 crore in India, provides enterprise workforce and customer management solutions and services that help companies save time and increase profits.. Les Concierges Services operates in eight cities in India, with 1,300 concierge desks that work towards fulfilling the wishes of employees. "When 1.5 million employees from a particular company can get daily tasks done faster, the company sees a benefit in terms of better productivity Dipali has also set up Kyra, a theatre space with dining options in Bangalore, where they don't charge the artists but earn revenues, from food and beverages.
