Best Sellers of India Awards recognizes and honours the outstanding achievements and successes of the ambivalent (smart) retailers in India, in the presence of leaders, dignitaries and visionaries representing the retail industry in India.
The Initiative is focused on identifying the Best Stories of Phygital Success from across India for Amplification to the Larger Base of retailers, sellers and traders.

India SME Forum has been a gazetted member of advisory board of Ministry of MSME and also India’s National Board of MSME between 2015 - 2020, a Member of the High Powered Monitoring Committee of the National SC/ST HUB under Stand Up India and a Member of the RBI’s Standing Advisory Committee on Flow of Institutional Credit to MSME Sector, apart from contributing to various national and international think tanks, on the MSME Entrepreneurial ecosystem.
India SME Forum, shares best practices, information and knowledge as well as seeks and recognises MSMEs who have exhibited great success in leading their enterprises, creating much needed employment, enabling a sustainable ecosystem and catapulting their enterprise to the next stage, while navigating the inherent risks imminent with business.
India SME Forum has been instrumental in curating, organizing and executing the most coveted National MSME Awards conferred by Ministry of MSME and our very own India SME 100 Awards. India SME Forum developed a Mechanism which is used for evaluation & selection of awardees. Over the years, India SME Forum has gained expertise in planning & executing these awards.
The Forum for Internet Retailers, Sellers & Traders (FIRST) is a division of India SME Forum, setup in May 2022 to boost the digital retail and trade sector, inducted into the definition of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in July 2021, under the MSMED Act 2006, by the Government of India.
The primary objective of this forum is to act on a consultative basis for ensuring a conducive ecosystem and regulatory framework for the online retail and wholesale trade while enabling and enhancing financing, growth, professionalisation, digitisation, standardisation and self-regulation of the industry.
