The Maha Udyami Shashaktikaran Program was launched on July 5th in the presence of Shri Ateesh Singh, JS of Ministry of MSME, GoI, and Shri Rajendra Nimbalkar, MD of MSSIDC, Govt. of Maharashtra. This initiative, introduced by India SME Forum in partnership with Maharashtra Small Scale Industries Development Corporation (MSSIDC), aims to build capacities and facilitate 60,000 MSMEs in Maharashtra under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Program of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The program will provide capacity-building training on core subjects such as finance, compliance, market access, and credit accessibility to budding small entrepreneurs in the state. It seeks to create a new era of strong, high-growth value enterprises by improving MSME performance through focused interventions. These include enhancing market access, financing, addressing delayed payments, promoting the greening of MSMEs, and boosting competitiveness.

TERMS & CONDITIONS SUMMARY — India SME Forum

1. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to Forum Members, registered MSMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs. Registration is first-come, first-served and subject to capacity and approval. The Organizer may verify eligibility, request proof of business status, reject applications, or restrict participation. Confirmations are conditional upon document verification, capacity availability and compliance with terms. Fraudulent registrations are immediately cancelled, and participants may be permanently barred.

2. MANDATORY PUNCTUALITY & ENTRY DEADLINES

Events operate on strict schedules with mandatory arrival windows and cut-off times specified in Confirmations. The Organizer may deny entry to participants arriving after the scheduled start time or notified cut-off. No prior notice, explanation, or alternative arrangements are guaranteed. Participants are solely responsible for timely arrival. The Forum bears zero liability for late arrival denial, including no reimbursement of travel or accommodation expenses.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

Participants must conduct themselves professionally with respect towards all attendees, speakers and staff. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, abuse, threats, defamatory statements, unwanted physical contact, session disruption, unauthorized recording/photography, fraudulent claims and violation of venue protocols. Misconduct results in immediate expulsion, permanent barring from future events and potential legal action or law enforcement involvement.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING RESTRICTIONS

All content, presentations, materials, videos and recordings are the exclusive property of the Organizer or speakers. Participants are prohibited from recording, photographing, live-streaming, copying, distributing, or exploiting any content without express written permission. Violation results in immediate expulsion and potential copyright infringement action. The Organizer may photograph and record participants' images and use them in marketing, media and publications without prior approval or compensation.

5. MEMBER PRIVILEGES, SEATING & COMPLIMENTARY BENEFITS

Members receive priority seating, early registration, guaranteed access and exclusive sessions. Non-Members receive seats on a best-effort, availability basis. Complimentary (free) access includes only a delegate badge, standard seat, basic refreshments (tea/coffee/water) and main session access. Complimentary access excludes meals, premium kits, exclusive dinners, VIP seating, recordings and certificates. Special meal invitations are reserved for Members and featured participants; Non-Members have no claim to them.

6. AGREEMENT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for, accepting an invitation to, or attending any India SME Forum initiative or event, delegates are deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Registration constitutes explicit consent to all terms, limitations, disclaimers, and indemnities. Delegates confirm they have the authority to bind themselves to these T&C and undertake to comply with all initiative-specific rules and policies notified by the Forum. Continued participation constitutes full acceptance. These T&C apply to all initiatives in all formats (physical, virtual, hybrid, or any medium). Delegates may not participate if they do not agree to any provision.
