1. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to Forum Members, registered MSMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs. Registration is first-come, first-served and subject to capacity and approval. The Organizer may verify eligibility, request proof of business status, reject applications, or restrict participation. Confirmations are conditional upon document verification, capacity availability and compliance with terms. Fraudulent registrations are immediately cancelled, and participants may be permanently barred.
2. MANDATORY PUNCTUALITY & ENTRY DEADLINES
Events operate on strict schedules with mandatory arrival windows and cut-off times specified in Confirmations. The Organizer may deny entry to participants arriving after the scheduled start time or notified cut-off. No prior notice, explanation, or alternative arrangements are guaranteed. Participants are solely responsible for timely arrival. The Forum bears zero liability for late arrival denial, including no reimbursement of travel or accommodation expenses.
3. CODE OF CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR
Participants must conduct themselves professionally with respect towards all attendees, speakers and staff. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, abuse, threats, defamatory statements, unwanted physical contact, session disruption, unauthorized recording/photography, fraudulent claims and violation of venue protocols. Misconduct results in immediate expulsion, permanent barring from future events and potential legal action or law enforcement involvement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING RESTRICTIONS
All content, presentations, materials, videos and recordings are the exclusive property of the Organizer or speakers. Participants are prohibited from recording, photographing, live-streaming, copying, distributing, or exploiting any content without express written permission. Violation results in immediate expulsion and potential copyright infringement action. The Organizer may photograph and record participants' images and use them in marketing, media and publications without prior approval or compensation.
5. MEMBER PRIVILEGES, SEATING & COMPLIMENTARY BENEFITS
Members receive priority seating, early registration, guaranteed access and exclusive sessions. Non-Members receive seats on a best-effort, availability basis. Complimentary (free) access includes only a delegate badge, standard seat, basic refreshments (tea/coffee/water) and main session access. Complimentary access excludes meals, premium kits, exclusive dinners, VIP seating, recordings and certificates.
