Scheme Name: Deen Dayal Swavalamban Yojana

Description of the Scheme: Encourage unemployed youth to gain low cost capital for entrepreneurship.

Target group : Individual, Enterprises- SHGs, Cooperatives etc

Sector of the Scheme: Multiple Sectors

Eligibility Criteria: 1. Value addition in Agri-Horti & Allied Sector
2. Eco-tourism - Home Stays / Tour Operators.
3. Tradition Textile Weaving - modernization /purchase of new looms
3. Small scale manufacturing unit - Qualified Graduates
4. Entrepreneurs contribution must be Min. 10% of TFO. Preference for higher contribution.

Nature & Mode of Assistance: 1. 30 % back ended capital investment subsidy
2. Project loan from Rs.10 lakh upto Rs.1 crores (excluding cost of land & building)
3. Women entrepreneur: additional 5% interest subvention annually-must not become NPS

"Financial Information (Subsidy, low interest rate, etc.)": 1. 30 % back ended capital investment subsidy
2. Project loan from Rs 10 lakh up to 1 Cr (excluding cost of land & building)

"Other Assistance (Procurement of machinery, Technology /Marketing, International Cooperation, etc.)": Women entrepreneur: additional 5% interest subvention annually-must not become NPS.

How to apply: Registration under Standup India is not required while submitting the proposal to DLSC but will have to register once SLSC approves in principle.
