Description of the Scheme: Applies to public land including land of State Government, NTPSDC, AKVNs, Urban Local Bodies and Development Authorities constituted under Madhya Pradesh Gram Tutha Nagar Nivesh Adhiniyam 1973

Target group : Any new IT/ITeS/ESDM, R&D areas and other allied activities that has been issued IT certificate will be eligible

1. Rebate in cost of land
2. Allotment in IT Parks/ITIA owned by Department of Science & Technology
3. Allotment of raw/undeveloped land
4. Lease rent
5. Mortgage of land
6. Incentives for increased Floor Area Ratio - (FAR)
7. g) Sub-lease of land/properties
