Scheme Name: IT Investment Promotion Assistance

Description of the Scheme:

1. Within a period of 15 months from start of commercial production, unit will submit an application to authorised agency.
2. Unit can submit claims for IT Investment promotion assistance on yearly basis.

Eligibility Criteria: Information Technology (IT), Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS), Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) and other allied activities as certified by the Authorised Agency of Science & Technology Department,GoMP, will qualify for the benefits of this Policy.

Nature & Mode of Assistance:

75% of value of eligible reimbursement shall be paid on quarterly basis for the transactions up to 30 June 2017. The balance 25% shall be released after the issue of assessment order by tax authorities.
Eligible IT/ESDM units shall be entitled after adjusting the input tax rebate.
