Description of the Scheme: IT/ITeS/ESDM units will be eligible for 100% reimbursement of the Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration fee paid on sale, lease and transfer of property fees on the first transaction with respect to that property. (First 50 units will be considered for this incentive).
