1.    25% of lease charge/fee of allotted developed/undeveloped land will be subsidised for a period of 5 years unless the claimable amount is not adjusted at the time of payment of such fee or charges.
2. 25% of amount spent by unit on development of undeveloped land allotted to the unit will be subsidised.
