Nature & Mode of Assistance: Freight assistance to the extent of 1% of Free on Board (FOB) value or actual freight excluding government fee and taxes on transportation of goods from place of manufacture to the sea port & airport from where they are shipped, whichever is less and maximum up to Rs.20 lakh per annum will be provided for export of goods, manufactured by the exporting MSME.

How to apply: Unit has to get registered on portal and submit necessary information. Application for grant of freight assistance on export undertaken along with document mentioned therein will be submitted on web portal of the department within a period of 3 months from the date of closing of financial year in which, products were shipped for exports.
