Allow 100% reimbursement of one time guarantee fee and service fees paid every year by Micro and Small enterprises for CGTMSE coverage taken on loan granted by banks / NBFCs shall be provided for 5 years. Developer of IT/ITeS park will be eligible for 50%

reimbursement of stamp duty/registration fee/conversion fee paid on sale/lease/transfer of land and office space for first transaction.
