Scheme Name: Chief Minister Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Entrepreneurs

Description of the Scheme: Organised to set up self employment for the educated unemployed youth of SC/ST. Now, for establishment of industry and elimination of unemployment among youth of SC/ST.

Target group : SCs and STs

Sector of the Scheme: Multiple Sectors

Eligibility Criteria: Loan of Rs.5 lakhs without any interest. With this, after the selection of applicants, there is grant up to 50% of cost of the project. In addition, for the benefit of all the beneficiaries, training and project monitoring committee (PMA) will be incurred at the rate of Rs 25,000 per unit.

Nature & Mode of Assistance:

"Financial Information (Subsidy, low interest rate, etc.)":

"Other Assistance (Procurement of machinery, Technology /Marketing, International Cooperation, etc.)": In this scheme, half of the loan amount given by the government is being given as a grant to the beneficiaries.
