Eligibility Criteria: 1. All manufacturing units which have commenced commercial production after 1.10.2017.
2. All units which carry out substantial expansion after 1.10.2017 as defined in the umbrella scheme.

Nature & Mode of Assistance: All units will be provided 20% subsidy on power bills (on the power charges, excluding any duty and taxes, but not on total bill), subject to a maximum of Rs.5 lakh per annum per unit whichever is lower. Subsidy will be provided for a period of 3 years from the date of commencement of operations or from date of notification of this policy whichever is later.
